Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a program you can count on to make a positive difference in your life. This six-week curriculum will help improve: Self-Care Behaviors (exercise, relaxation, medical check-ups); Management of Emotions (reduced guilt, anger and sadness); Self-Efficacy (gain confidence in coping with caregiving demands); and Use of Community Resources (learn how to utilize of local services).
